Cleo Skin Clinic (“Cleo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a dermatology and cosmetology clinic at Flat No: 13, 2nd Floor, Road No 1, Opposite GHMC Park, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We offer skin, hair and laser treatments, medi facials, chemical peels, anti-aging services and related consultations.

The Website provides general information about our clinic, doctors and treatments, and lets you request appointments or contact us. All content, including blog articles, treatment pages, images and videos, is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after a consultation with one of our doctors, in person or through an online or telephone consultation.

Every person’s skin and hair are different. Treatment plans, number of sessions, duration and results depend on your condition, medical history, lifestyle and how closely you follow advice.
Before and after photographs, reviews and testimonials show individual experiences. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
In a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately. Do not use the Website or WhatsApp for emergencies.

4. Appointments and Consultations

Appointment requests made through the Website, phone, WhatsApp or contact forms are confirmed by our team, subject to doctor availability.
Clinic hours are 9 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Saturday. Hours may change on public holidays or with prior notice.
Please arrive on time. We may need to reschedule if you are late, to avoid affecting other patients.
Please give accurate and complete information about your medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy status and past treatments. Incorrect or incomplete information can affect your safety and results.
Online or telephone consultations are limited by the nature of remote assessment. The doctor may ask you to visit the clinic if an in-person examination is needed.

5. Consent to Treatment

Procedures such as laser treatments, peels, injectables and PRP are carried out only after a consultation, an explanation of the procedure, its benefits, risks, side effects and alternatives, and your informed written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time before a procedure begins.

6. Fees, Payments and Cancellations

Consultation and treatment fees are shared at the clinic and may change without prior notice. Prices and offers on the Website or social media are indicative and may carry conditions.
